"I got my nails done on Saturday and it is now the Thursday following that so it hasn’t been a whole week yet. I got my nails done there for my wedding and I let the nail tech Kate know that before she did them and expressed how important it is to me and she had done my middle finger crooked and tried to argue while very frustrated that the cause of this was my finger but when she did it again she did it correctly with no problems which made her originally statement seem like A lie. My sister got the same exact thing as me and my nail tech charged A different price than hers but I still continued to be kind to her and pay, so with that being said I left there upset with a bad experience. I Have been very careful with my nails so they can be perfect for my special day and was on my phone a my nail fell off perfectly as shown below. I am so upset I’m going to go in and have them all removed with worries that this might happen to another one before then and have another nail tech do them kindly and correctly some place else. I do want to say that it is a clean and nice salon and the manager there is great I’ve went there many times before and never had an issue but this experience ruined it for me. UPDATE: I did reach out to the store as suggested below and I was told they will only fix that one nail even though chances are they were all done incorrectly and more will most likely fall off before my wedding day his exact words is that it would take too long for them to fix my set. He didn’t like what I had to say and blocked my call so very unprofessional at the very least if they weren’t willing to fix them they could have offered a refund so I could go somewhere else and have them do them. What a scam."
