"Wanted to spend a nice day out with my daughter and get an spa pedicure. Not very pleased with what we got for the price. No plastic cover bags for the foot tub, the water was extremely hot too hot to want to put my feet in the water, spent a total of 3 minutes rubbing my feet and legs, didn't do much to my feet. My toes were ok. No air condition and it was hot, didn't explain how to work the massage chair, didn't even know there was one until my daughter said something. They never offered a bottle of water. I will never go back to this place again. First impression wasn't good. The price was wayyyyyyy to much. I gave a two star because the color I picked was nice."

"Horrible nails!!! They did a full set in 15 mins they are lumpy and uneven worst nails I’ve ever had done and I’ve had my nails done for years. Also took my daughter and they did shellac without asking and of course charged me for it all. Would not recommend this place or ever go back. I wouldn’t let them do my dogs nails! They should be disgusted they let clients walk out with their poor quality work... disgusting!!!"

"I wanted to give them a -5 stars i bought my daughters gift certificates for mothers day so they could get their nails done. They went there and messed their nails up i went back to complain they lied said they had video of them not showing a pic of the nails they wanted and then they lied about who was in charge they could hardly speak english i contacted my credit card company to get my money back they messed their nails up so bad that they won't even go in public you had to be on crack to get the nails done like that if the credit card doesn't give money back i will see them in court and i am going to call the bbb on them do not go their they are thieves and they will mess your nails up"

"Been going here for a long time, nice small business, the people there are nice. @ Ann Ansah's Comment, thats how most other places do their pricing too. Extended length nails will cost more cause of things such as labor and supplies. Thats similar to a restaurant, a Large will almost always cost more than a medium and so on. As a matter of fact, I believe I was in there the same time you and your group were. You were very rude, uncourteous, and disrespectful not only to the workers but other clients in the store as well. You kept shoving one of your thumbnail, which was not the length you had liked because you choose not to pay the extra fee for extended length, into other peoples' faces and complained about it. I remember the workers were nice enough to redo that nail for you for free and you accepted. I normally do not make these comments, but what you have said is completely out of line on accords of your own action that day and the fact that your " issue" was properly attended too"
