"Would give zero stars if possible. Rude inhospitable staff. Tried to check in online an hour plus before close. Website wouldn’t let me. Staff told me I was out of luck and wouldn’t cut my hair since I couldn’t get checked in online. Terrible would steer clear of this location and drive out of the way to visit another location in the future. Would recommend everyone do the same."

"Haircut as always was excellent. Young woman did a great job. I was surprised though to be charged $8.00 for a mustache trim. Not a beard, just a mustache. This has never happened before. Maybe I was overcharged or maybe I should have always been charged in past visits. Overall, still happy with the visit"

"What is it with this particular GreatClips that makes them so consistently rude? My son tried to warn me not to go here. He said his dad took him to this one and they were really rude. I said “that was years ago, it’s probably all new people.” Didn’t matter, still rude and incompetent too! Hailey doesn’t know how to cut your hair if you don’t tell her what length clippers to use or show her a picture. I thought you explained what you wanted and how long and they figure that out. Not Hailey! She’ll talk to you in a condescending voice and tell you your supposed to know what length clippers and if you don’t know and don’t have a picture she’ll make annoyed faces at you and roll her eyes. After witnessing her attitude and lack of competence I told my son to get up. There way no way I was letting her cut his hair. I’ll take my business elsewhere and you should too. You’ve been warned! Ha!"

"Maggie always gives a great cut! I never have to wait long but if I did it would be worth it. If Maggie is out and I absolutely need a cut, I can trust that one of the other stylist there can take care of me."
