"Was having troubles with the current foundations and products I was using and a girl who worked here named Emma was sooo kind! She matched my shade perfectly, and she walked me through each step of mixing different products and what can help me with my next times doing my makeup. She was so kind and so helpful, I feel very confident in the products I bought today because of her, so thank you Emma! My shopping experience was great!"

"The reason I am rating low is because all of the perfumes are locked up! Now I can understand due to theft, but why not at least leave the samples out? I’m sure this prevents purchases and they are loosing money. I know it has more than once for me personally so I can only imagine! And if you live in the area this is a prime location for perfume. Rather than going to a department store the nearest being Tuttle. It’s just inconvenient. Then you ask them to open one and they scan it on their machine and say it can’t be made a sample. Or have to wait for an available employee. I really enjoy perfume so it is a bummer. Even on the days you just want to browse and smell and enjoy the shopping and the experience of being a woman. You can’t! I am truly disappointed"

"I entered happily but left, not very pleased with my experience at this location. I was not greeted or approached the entirety of my shopping trip. I arrived looking for Christmas gifts and an item my daughter needed. After almost 45 minutes, I was getting frustrated not finding what I wanted for gifts or what my daughter needed, I approached a male who was quite chatty with a couple of the younger girls shopping, but I had noticed he did not assist or approach older women...like myself, 40's and up, ..VERY disappointing to see this. I used to work for Estee Lauder, age or perceived appearance/wealth should have no bearing on customer service. You should be serving any and all. He told me where to look, resuming his talk with a younger lady. I did finally find the item at the very bottom slightly jumbled around I think I missed it to begin with because it was in the wrong spot. Made it to the line with maybe 6 items, the line was quick, but then I was abruptly being pushed towards the credit card. Which no offense comes across forced, not genuine, and is complete turn off. I declined the offer and left just wanting to get away from this store. Time to find somewhere myself and the hard earned money I spend are appreciated."

"I had an unfortunate experience with this salon's that I feel compelled to share. I had scheduled a return appointment with a stylist after having my hair colored by her several months before, My first appointment was canceled the morning of the scheduled day, which was quite inconvenient. However, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled. The real disappointment came the next day when I rushed to the salon after leaving work early to make it on time, only to find out that my hairstylist hadn't returned from her lunch break, and nobody bothered to inform me. (3pm appointment) This lack of communication and consideration for my time was truly frustrating. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, it's basic customer service to notify clients of any changes or delays to their appointments, especially when they've adjusted their schedules to accommodate it. Punctuality and professionalism matter a great deal to me, and this experience fell far short of my expectations. I hope the salon takes this feedback to heart and improves its communication and customer service in the future. It's essential to respect clients' time and ensure a smoother experience for everyone."
