"We purchased a hot tub in May 2023. We just noticed the frame underneath the plastic shell is split and makes the shell pop off. I called the store and was told to call their tech Dan. I called and sent 3 text messages over a 2 week span and he’s never even acknowledged my messages or call. When I called back to the store to see what else they can do I spoke to an Anthony who told me he would speak to his manager and get back to me the next morning…that was 4 days ago! They have great sales people but horrible customer service!"

"Excellent work replacing an 18x33 above ground pool. The 3 person crew arrived as scheduled and the pool was done in about 5 hours. There were a few very minor issues I noticed the next day, and the same crew showed up the following day to resolve them. The salesperson (Anthony) was great to work with and very responsive. It was the type of experience that used to be commonplace , but seems to be rare these days."

"I recently had an excellent experience with the customer service at this location. I called earlier today inquiring about spare parts for my pool ladder, which I had purchased back in 2014. Anthony, the representative I spoke with, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Anthony went above and beyond by searching through their records to find the information on my ladder, which had a different model name than what was shown on the website. He took the time to verify if they had the specific parts I needed (excluding the top and bottom layers of the steps) in their warehouse. Anthony even offered to hold the line or call me back once he had checked the warehouse. In the end, Anthony successfully located the parts I required and promptly called me back to inform me that they were available upfront. He kindly informed me that I could come in at any time to pick them up. As a long-standing and satisfied customer, I am delighted with the level of service I received and will definitely continue to shop at this location. I highly recommend this place for their exceptional customer service and willingness to go the extra mile to assist their customers."

"My father purchased a pool and they installed the pool, left a huge pile of dirt and did not put up the deck that came with the pool. Who does that to an 81 year old? The pool had not started to be filled with water when they left the dirt piled. The dirt around the pool is so uneven that it is a hazard to walk around it safely for anyone. He also has to spend an additional 900 dollars to have the deck installed. Poles were missing for the vacuum and the skimmer, we had to go purchase two from Litehouse pools. I left a message for the manager and he did not call back."
