"I was supposed to get a cut, color and highlights. I got a cut and color. She told me my starting color would be perfect for my highlights. I couldn't see any highlights and my hair looks painted almost black. I'm embarrassed to go out in public. My hair is so dark. I was also asked in the beginning if I would like to donate my hair. I said how do I do this. She answered that "we" can send it off and you can track it. I was so excited about this. When I went to leave she handed me the braid and I had to ask her twice what to do. She told me about a place that sends a self addressed envelope to send it in. I contacted the place and they told me they don't accept donations. I've asked again and haven't gotten a response. I wish I had never gone to her. I wish I could have seen my hair better before I left."

Holly Heath made sure I was glowing with her amazing spray tan and Maddison Perry worked her magic on my eyebrows. Cindy Looney also provided a nice relaxing pedicure with a salt scrub."
