"I would give 0 stars if I could. Every time I go into this location I ask for the same thing for my son, fade and let long on the top and every time my kid walks out with a tapered fade all the way to the cow lick THAT I’VE TOLD HER I WANT LEFT LONG BECAUSE IT LOONS SO BAD. I’ve provided pictures for what I expect and what she gives. There is no excuse for this AND to top it off I cap to speak to the manager and her response is “our stylists give the cuts that customers ask for,” which just translates into I don’t care about your complaint. NEVER going back to the Wilmington Ohio location again because these people cannot cut hair if their life depended on it! Edit to add, I use saw my second son’s haircut and he was absolutely butchered. He has very curly, coarse hair and the guy that cut his hair didn’t blend at all and didn’t fade from a 0 like he was told. These people just do not listen."

"Bobby missed a section of my hair, then when I asked him to fix it, he ostensibly decided to punish me for that. He proceeded to cut every other part of my hair in order to "blend it", despite my objections. When he started cutting the top, I told him that part was fine and he didn't need to cut it anymore, and he completely blew me off and continued with what he was doing. In the end, he didn't even completely fix his original mistake, but did manage to remove about 40% of the remaining hair from the rest of my head. He seemed to be trying to go as fast as possible anyways, so I don't know why he wouldn't just take the clippers and fix what I asked him to fix. He apparently had a very specific style in mind that he will do regardless of what you ask. I wanted to avoid the hassle of having to cut it myself, but I'd have been much better off if I had done so, or at the very least just fixed the mistake myself. Now it will take months to fix it. You'd think a professional hairdresser would do a better job than I would with some clippers and a pair of scissors. They're usually okay; you just have to be careful which hairdresser you go to. But I was pretty completely unsatisfied with this one."

"I wouldn’t recommend this place to cut my dogs hair if I had a dog. This is the hair cut my sister received today. Every single stylist I have talked to and sent these pictures too can’t even believe someone would let them walk out of the salon like that. 0/10 recommend. Not once did she receive an apology even after I contacted the salon. They told me they would give me my money back and offered a hair “ treatment “. There is no treatment that can fix this. This is the worst cut I’ve ever seen in my life."

"I’m really disappointed. I don’t know why I keep coming back after dealing with this for over a year. I always ask the left side of my hair to be blended in. Most of the time the hairstylists mess it up. I’ve only had a very small handful that do it correctly. Look at how uneven this is. This is probably the worst I’ve ever gotten. I didn’t even realize it was so bad until I got home and took a picture. I guess I’m going to have to start going to a professional salon or something. I paid 30 dollars for this."
