"I haven’t been here in several years and I was shocked at how dirty and messy the place was. Nail brushes used to be in a cleanser jar and now they are used on the side of the sink. One was on the floor that no one bothered to pick up as well as a towel and various mail products. None of the counters wiped down and nail dust and clippings all over. I should have walked out but I wanted nails for vacation. I am now rescheduling with another salon to fix the horrible acrylic nails I had put on. They were thick, misshaped and looked like a child did them. There were 3 workers and for half of my appointment I was the only one there and the other half only had one person. So no excuse that they were rushed other than they were rushed to get back on their phones and watch videos. I will be calling the board of cosmetology today to have them inspect their facilities. Bad nails are one thing, but there is no excuse for having a trashy unclean salon."

"My first and last time visiting this nail salon. Overall one of the worst experiences I've had in over 15 years of having my nails done. I called ahead to make an appointment. Upon arrival it was difficult to get anyone's attention. I stood and waited for around 15mins. I just needed a quick balance. The technician proceeded to cut down my nails. Then removed the thumb nail. Afterwards, she informed me the price would be $42-47 if I wanted One accent nail. Way Overpriced! Especially for the sloppy rushed service I received. I would Not recommend this place."
