"This is a really nice and clean pool but the level of customer service we received today was extremely disappointing. We called before coming to inquire if they were open and once we confirmed drove over 30 mins to get here. Only to be turned away because it’s a resident day only. Not once we’re we advised of this information when we called (2 of us called separately). Instead of making an exception for their error, we were turned away with disappointed kids. We won’t be coming back"

"I am giving 3 stars for the cleanliness of the pool and the cheap snack bar. I have found the lifeguards to be proficient and attentive but was treated very rudely by one on my visit today. There is a ridiculous rule that you can’t move any chairs. I moved one chair about 10 feet so it would be in the shade near where my child was swimming. I was scolded by the lifeguard and told I need to move it back. As a middle aged adult I found this rude and insulting. If you don’t want chairs moved, you need to provide more shady spots around the pool. Another complaint is the unpredictable times the deep pool is closed. I won’t be returning here next year. For the price of admission there are too many downsides."

"Wonderful experience for kids! But sadly, grandparents are not allowed to move the chairs even 3 feet to the shaded area. For some of us the sun is a danger! Young lifeguards have no clue how to speak respectfully to adults!"

"Strict rules, but in a good way! Pool is never busy and everyone is friendly. The only negative is it’s cash only.. no one carries cash, some places don’t even accept it anymore! Could use a few more chairs also."
