"I’ve went to so many nail salons in recent years, but I’ve never gotten the experience Lazio has given me today. I’m extremely insecure about my feet, especially when they aren’t done, but I felt completely comfortable. There was no judgement. The lady who serviced me was very kind and attentive the entirety of the pedicure. I appreciate her help. Oh, and my toes look pretty :) Thank you. I’ll definitely be returning."

"Went here the other day with my friend and it was wonderful! We didn't have an appointment, so we were just a walk-in. We were expecting to wait a while, that was no problem. We only had to wait 20 minutes, and Kristine(I think that was her name) came in to work to help us. Both nail techs were so nice and did such an amazing job! Definitely going back!"

They were very personable to every customer present (myself included) and on top of that, Larry did an absolutely AMAZING job on my nails (I got ombré French acrylics) at a very reasonable price. "Was so excited to try this place out as I just moved to the area but it was my first and last time visiting. Jackie is not nice and has terrible customer service skills. “Pick your color” was all we were told by whoever and were not told that the gel/ dip swatches were in the middle of the salon and not at the front where the rest of the polish is so I picked a regular polish thinking it was gel. Go to get pedicure and can tell the color is off in the different lighting asked Jackie if she knew if there was a pearlescent white color she stated “not off the top of my head- you’ll have to look” okay so I do. Get back in the chair and she asks what pedi I’m getting- never once offering me the service menu so I have no idea and went with what my friend chose (her tech handed her a menu when she sat down). Finish the pedi and Jackie said I could go sit where she placed my shoes for mani. Again- not offering or even asking what type of mani I’ll be getting. Starts painting my nails and the color is not what I was expecting since I never saw the swatch of the color, just the bottle. Without a word she goes and grabs the gel swatches and I say “I’m sorry, I’m not trying to be difficult.” And she still says nothing. I pick another color which she goes to get and quickly begins painting my nails- not once asking if the color is better/ if it’s what I want. It’s clearly not the same color but I already feel as if I’m a bother to her and she has an entire first coat on my hand done. My baby shower is tomorrow and I wanted to get my nails done to have a good experience and relax a little after a stressful week but I got the opposite of a pleasant experience and not even close to the color I was going for. When done she said “you can go to the front and they’ll check you out”. I’m incredibly disappointed and I will never come back."
