"Belle is the best at Luminous! As a girl with sensitive skin, she is mindful about changing the tops of her tools to make sure I am comfortable at all times. After cutting and filing down my nails, she has me look at each nail to make sure I am happy with the length and shape - something that not every nail tech does. She is open and honest - always telling me the polishes that will have the greatest longevity/durability. She is a great asset to the team and I look forward to seeing her at each appointment :)"

"After learning about this review, the store management contacted me and as soon as Julie understood my position, she immediately set out to resolve the situation! We arranged for me to return to the salon and I was kindly attended to by the receptionist and referred to Anna, my nails looked beautiful with an excellent finish, I will definitely be back! Thank you to the store management for your prompt service, this shows how much you care about your customers. You deserve 5 stars! I called before going to confirm the price and if they did a manicure and when they confirmed it I went to the place, when I arrived I asked again the cost of the manicure and extension and showed what I would like to do, as you can see the manicure was not done and it was charged $35 dollars more for the design that THEY DID NOT INFORM THAT THE DESIGN WAS CHARGED SEPARATELY! Very disappointed with the service and the final result, I do not recommend!!"

"I really enjoy getting my nails done at Luminous Nail Spa 4. The salon is clean, the staff are friendly, and they do great work! The salon also offers a huge selection of colors for you to choose from. I make an appointment ahead of time with Belle but you can also walk-in if you don’t make an appointment, they typically have plenty of nail techs available. I really enjoy getting my nails done by Belle. She is so sweet and truly cares about her customers. She also does a great job on my nails and checks up on me after my appointments. I would highly recommend the salon and Belle!"

"Love my nails, beautiful salon and people. I had Belle for French dip, she does wonderful work. Coworkers are friendly, helpful and sweet as well. Had Evan this time for acrylic at Belle's suggestion since I going on trip and I'm hard on my nails. He is very artistic and great at his craft. Also had wax by Lindsey, great job. Very clean salon, more personable than other large venues. All at good comparable prices, thanks all."
