She read his note on how he gets his hair cut and sighed loudly. We should have walked out then. She cut his hair uneven. She didnt blend it at all. He has uneven chunks protruding. I told her it was uneven, she then tried to texture it and made it worst. The entire time snapping at my 9 year old. She told him it was his fault because he wasnt holding his head straight. He was. He left crying and with his hair looking awful. She said there isnt a manager there. Its one thing if she just didn't know how to cut hair. However her attitude is a problem. She needs to learn how to speak to people. Zero etiquette and zero professionalism."
