I just moved with my family to Beavercreek and finding a hair dresser is stressful enough; however, today was perfect! Love my color, love my haircut! "Have been there twice. Sherry gave me a perm, then a trim. Salon is pleasant & easy to get to. Sherry is very friendly, reasonably priced and knows her craft."

"Horrible experience, hair color was the worst I've ever had. I immediately told stylist that I wasn't happy with color results as the color was exactly the same as before I paid 100$ and not at all what I'd asked for. Initially I was told to give it a day and let her know if I wasn't happy and she'd fix my hair. Text her Sat ( 2 days later) once and then Sunday once asking to set another appointment. The Stylest replied with a rude and insulting text that salons arent open Sat and Sunday ( even tho I was given her personal card and number) flat out refused to fix my hair and blamed results on whatever color I used before. Funny thing, the product used by my normal stylist has never been an issue nor have I ever had to request touch ups. I haven't had a bad color job in over 15 years and am extremely taken aback at the blatant lack of professionalism and lack of interest in my opinion on the hair color . Zero stars...."
