"i've been a number of times and never have a ever had my nails last less than a week. I got my nails done by a lady named Anne or Anna. she was VERY rude, she kept squeezing the cut on my finger after asking me about it. every time i would move even a little the lady would grab my hand and if i wasn't looking when she was done she would throw my hand onto my lap for me to put in the light. when i was picking out my colors she was getting irritated with me because i didn't know what i wanted but she didn't give me a chance to look before bringing me colors i didn't ask for. she made my nails extremely to thin, no wonder why they break doing everyday things. Ive went up there twice to get 2 different nails fixed (not to mention none of the colors match). The second lady who fixed my nails was very sweet but she told me I would have to pay $10 to get 1 nail fixed. I paid $60 for my set of nails. Ive broken 4 nails in less than a week. I broke 1 on the second day, another one on the third, another one on the fourth day and another one on the seventh day. if it was just one nail id be more understanding but no this is ridiculous and i want my money back or another set done by somebody else. ( the pinky is the only one that hasn't broke on this hand )."

I’m usually worried because my nails are really sensitive, but they were so gentle with them and it was super relaxing. I can’t wait to come back!!"

"Love this place and all the services provided here. Most shops don't have waxing, massages, AND techs that can actually draw/design. I secretly don't want to tell people about it because I'd rather they not get packed lol but I had to share. They are wonderful. Just look at their Facebook page for further design references. that's how I found them in the first place. UPDATE: I brought a friend in who had a horrible experience with her tech. There were blank areas with no paint on her nails, her nails were not properly filed down and looked horrible. The tech then BLAMED my friend for "changing her mind" on what she wanted done, No. My friend had to give up and simply settle with a basic plain French Tip because the tech told her she couldn't do any of the simple designs my friend asked for. Who botches a French Tip??! The tech then huffed and puffed and acted like we were a bother when we asked if someone could redo them, so we decided to just leave. She was originally offered a $5 discount, after speaking with the manager she then gave an additional 15% off which still gave her the price of $50! My friend suffers from Anxiety and just wanted one relaxing day out that she hadn't gotten in years and this was what she had to deal with. $50 out of her pockets for nails she hates looking at for the next 2 weeks. It was hard enough for her to speak up but then to be treated badly for doing so just made her anxiety fears come true and so much worse. Super disappointed in this place. If you do find yourself here, do yourself a favor and ONLY see Amy, as she is the ONLY tech I'd vouch for. Without her there, I'd be giving this place one star."

"Went here for the first time today. Helen did a fantastic job on my mani and pedi. I did not feel rushed at all. The salon was very clean, I noticed they actually cleaned their station in-between customers. I will most definitely go back again!"
