"This location is not the best place for a haircut. I'd recommend the Great Clips on Brandt Pike. The stylists at this location have just competed cosmetology school and still need help from their manager when performing basic haircuts. The manager seems uninterested and bored. My credit card has been charged multiple times without my knowledge or consent. I wasn't even present when they charged my card. As a victim of identity theft, this raises alot of questions and concerns regarding this location."

"Got in as soon as I walked in the door, no appointment, about 45 min before closing. Girl who cut my hair was professional and friendly and knew her job. She entered my data in the computer and asked questions about how I wanted my hair done. Got it cut in record time! It felt so much better to cut the long hair off and have it the way I like it...short! Felt so much cooler! Expecting temps in the 90s next several days. I would recommend this salon if you want a quick in-and-out experience with no fuss, just a great-looking haircut!"
