"Don’t waste your time because they surly will. So I had a appt at 9 am for knotless and when I get there at 850am no one is there but I’m thinking they’ll probably be right on time, 9 o’clock come and I’m calling with no answer. Finally I use the app they give in my confirmation email and I’m able to text someone they tell me someone is coming in 30 mins that was at 9:10, 40 mins pass and I text is someone still coming they say yeah I ask how long and I get no reply. Super inconsiderate of people’s time. I work 3rd so I just got off a 10 hr shift so I’m beyond irritated. The least they could do was keep in touch but to have me sit there a hr after my scheduled appt then leave me on read is disrespectful. What a bootleg business, and they have the nerve to have a sign saying walk-in welcome from 7am- 7pm how when they can’t even be there for a booked appt."

"I've been going to Fatima for almost 2 years now and I love her!! She is personable and professional. If there is a conflict she is flexible and does what she can to accommodate the client. Sometimes the response to messages can be delayed, however she typically does respond that day or within a few hours. The shop is always clean and I'm usually done within a timely manner."

"The most unprofessional bunch I ever "worked" with. I set up an appointment and when I came, Fatima went to Costco because I was a couple minutes late. When I set another appointment, Fatima decided to cancel at the last second claiming she has a doctor's appointment. So okay fine, I understand over stepping and forgetting you had an appointment elsewhere but when I asked her for a new appointment, she flat out ignored me! I tried getting in contact with her multiple times but nothing. I'm sorry I was a few minutes late, oh great and powerful Fatima, but I thought you'd be more professional towards your customers. Fatima just lost a potential customer and I hope others will read this and take heed."
