"Pretty terrible experience today. Took my son to teach him gun safety and when we were doing his paperwork the lady told him to "chug your monster because you can't take it on the range, because it will make your hands shaky..." as if THAT made any sense. Then after about 10 minutes of shooting she comes in and tells me that my gun bag laying on the long table "has to be closed".. so I close it. Then when I switched to my other gun, she came in and yelled at me that I cannot take a gun from my gun bag on the table 4 feet behind my stall and shoot it in the stall. That I have to move it IN the bag of guns, because she doesn't know if it's loaded or not. It was an AR pistol with the mag in my hand, not in the gun, safety on, and confirmed clear 3x. And she literally snapped at me with an attitude and I asked her to explain to me what I did wrong, at which she rolled her eyes, turned and shouted at me as she was walking away that she already asked me 3 times. Which was absolutely not true. So after the weird attitude and yelling I decided to leave so I packed up and at the register she continued her attitude saying that I just watched the video and should have known better. Which I did not get asked or instructed to watch ANY video, that was a lie. As I walked out there were 3 other customers waiting for me to inform me that they were leaving for almost exactly the same reason. This was a terrible experience and embarrassing unprofessional behavior on her part and it cost me $53 for 15 minutes of shooting my own ammo at 2 targets in 1 lane. I'll never go back"

"This place is awesome. Second year getting there membership. If you didn’t have a membership it cost $20 a shooter but you can stay all day Everyone that works there are always open to helping out"

"Rude employees. No tolerance or interest in teaching people who are not familiar with gun safety. They were even rude to my brother who is extremely knowledgeable about guns. Just bad customer service all around. Will definitely never return again. Complete waste of money."
