TOP NAILS

"1st Off. I called ahead. Told a gel mani wld take 30mins. I only needed a color change. It took 50mins & that was W/ being seated IMMEDIATELY. 2ndly. Nail tech assumed my nails weren't my natural nails cuz of the length and burnt me w/ the sander."

I was referred by a friend, I saw her nails and it was neat and gargious..I have done my nails many times but never pleased. Today I was 100% please and satisfied with great job done. "My friend, my partner, and I came to get manicures and pedicures. Within a week, both of their nails were falling apart, chipping, and breaking. The technicians were rudely unprofessional, rushed the experience, and did not thoroughly do the work on their hands and feet. Our friend was upset that her pedicure was low quality but the manicure was lower quality. The paint on her nails was not quality. She also paid higher than usual prices for poor service. The price we paid for us was $170 and our friend paid $130. My partner took off his natural nails with no issue. Even though I didn't get as much done as they did, my basic experience would have been better elsewhere. Needless to say, we won't ever be back ever again."

"Do NOT go here. The lady was so rude after telling her she was over drilling my nails and I was in pain. On top of that TWO nails broke in less than a week getting them done (Christmas Eve…….it’s not even NYR!). Paying 60+ for nails for them to break in half is ludicrous. The first picture broke TODAY right after I got my right index finger repaired at a different shop. I do not live in Dayton therefore I could not go back so I had to get a different color just so I am not looking crazy on vacation all for the thumb to break! I am very dissatisfied with this whole experience. Again, Do not go here. Update: 3 hours later and ANOTHER nail broke"
