"The manager on duty on Sunday night(9/10/2023) had claimed to make our blizzards. They were liquid when receiving them and poured out of the cup. When we called, her response was less than helpful, stating "I made them myself, they are fine, you can come back if you want." in a rude, snotty tone. I stated fine, I'll call Costa and let him know, she said ok and hung up. Poor customer service and untrained staff leave a poor outcome for food service. DO NOT RECOMMEND"
"I order from here a bit. Most of the time, service is awesome. But sometimes, like us all, they may have a rough day, and it shows in your performance. No biggie. Food is always fresh and hot. Ice cream is great. I don't like sitting inside because it's a bit loud for me."
"My co-workers and I went to this dairy queen around 12:30 on July 20th with a big order for big order for 14 people. They did an amazing job. Our clients from CLW enjoyed every it of their ice cream. Thank you too the crew that day."
