"Really dissatisfied with the customer service. I purchased an iPad with my books for this fall since quite a few of them are online. The iPad was pretty heavy and I felt the mini would be a better size. I wanted to exchange it but since I had taken the cellophane off I was unable to do anything with it. For how much money I spend there I would think an exchange for something the same price would be doable."

"I placed an order for a book on August 2 to be shipped to my home. After 2 weeks with no word, I contacted them and was told, “Those books are still in route to our store and we expect them any day now.” Meanwhile, while entering week 4, I am in my second week of classes and still no book. EDIT: they realized they made a mistake and didn’t have the book so they offered to make an exception and sell me a new version of the book. EDIT 2: They let me know the book would ship out with next day delivery (at no extra charge) on August 25 . . . three days later - still no book. . ."
