"Never answers phone. I use to be able to actually go back & sit with someone & handle what I needed done but now it’s like pulling teeth to get any help. Wish the company was more helpful. Passing out papers through the window isn’t enough sometimes ."
"They double garnished me and didnt stop spousal support. I notified them of the double garnishment and they didn’t stop. This has cost me close to 50,000 and I am at a loss in terms of how to get this fixed and stop the felony theft which I wish everyone involved with my account would b charged with."
"The Benefits helped me when I was in need as a young single mom I’m no longer a single mom and I make good money they have not updated my information with my name change or my sons name change along with income changes I am still receiving medical benefits but I am paying for medical through my employer because I don’t need it when I call during business hours no one answers it says it outside of business hours I have sent all my documentation in to update my account and have had no changes. I appreciate the help when I needed it but now that I don’t need it but it’s still provided it bothers me that they are not taking the time to update it and these services could be better provided to those in need."
"I've had only small issues until now. Nancy Day, one of the workers whom I've never heard of, called me and left me a voice mail today. She was rude, belittling, and completely unprofessional. I understand they deal with some tough people but does that mean treat everyone poorly? Do they care? probably not. She said things like " I doubt you drive this distance with the small amount of pay that you make." Are you kidding me?! On top of that she hung up on me..I know we DID NOT get disconnected! So I went back into work very frustrated and when I got home today I received a nasty voicemail blaming the ended call on me in a sarcastic voice that made me realize she indeed had hung up on me. I was so disgusted it honestly made me want to drop all my assistance! She is a very sick individual and I am sorry for anyone that has to deal with her! Its so sad people are like that.God bless the people who actually care!"
