"Hudson’s is a great spot in Hudson, OH to grab some great food with friends! Situated in the heart of downtown, it’s always bustling and serving up creative meals/drinks. At Halloween time, it turns into floor to ceiling “Nightmare before Blitzen’s” with lots of Halloween decor, food and drinks. At Christmas, it turns into the best Christmas bar/restaurant in the Cleveland area. Literally floor to ceiling decorations everywhere. It’s so festive!"

"Came for birthday brunch with my family and we were told a 20 minute wait but it ended up being over an hour for a table. While we were waiting at the bar to order mimosas, a server yelled at my kids for sitting in the bar stools at 930am when no one was even at the bar nor was there anyone working it... Instead of being friendly and asking nicely, we got the Grinch. It took another 35 minutes to get our food despite it being a very simple, limited menu. One of the meals was cooked wrong (eggs were hard when supposed to be over easy). Never at one point in our entire 2 plus hours there did anyone treat us with kindness or even smile! So much for the holiday spirit! When I asked what took so long today since they weren't busy when we arrived and if I could speak to a manager, our server got an attitude and said our wait was not long... a normal wait is 3 hours so I wasn't going to get anywhere! She could have said, I am really sorry and apologized. It was clear they didn't care about your experience whatsoever. On my way out, I made sure to tell everyone waiting the service was horrible and to go elsewhere. Though the decorations were cute, you couldn't pay me to ever go back."

"Myself and 7 of my coworkers came in on Wednesday after work for dinner and drinks. Someone else described it as "Christmas Exploded" and they were 100% right! The holiday atmosphere was perfect and just made you feel festive and happy. We had a long wait for a table due to the "no reservations" rule. The server who was going to be assigned to us was late, but they still seated us hoping she/he would be there shortly. They were not. Half an hour later we were finally greeted by a new server (literally new, her second day on the job), Alicia, and she was SUPERB! She handled our 8 and another table of 8 that were not supposed to be assigned to her, along with the section that was assigned to her, and she KILLED IT! The food was amazing, the specialty drinks were so good and we all had just the best time. I love this concept of a Christmas Pop-Up Bar and can't wait to do it again!!! Highly recommend, just be very patient and let yourself enjoy the surroundings!"

"While visiting Hudson's Restaurant for the first time, they had their pop-up Christmas Bar, Blitzen's. I absolutely love the decor! Christmas exploded, and it totally put me in the Christmas mood. They had festive Cocktails, mugs, glasses, and headbands for purchase. The food is so delicious!! I had the Buffalo chicken pierogis. It tasted like Buffalo chicken dip, and I would order them again and again. The chicken bacon ranch tacos were amazing. The parmesan fries, however, had balsamic drizzled on top, which I was not expecting and made it too sweet. Service was very slow, and it wasn't busy when we showed up. It took forever to get refills and did not receive appetizer plates when we got our basket of pierogies. I highly recommend it though, especially during the Christmas season!! It's a small restaurant, so I recommend keeping that in mind."

"The staff here was very welcoming and attentive. The atmosphere was comfortable. I wish I could say I loved my lunch,but it was just okay. My spaghetti was 16.99 and so was the meatloaf. Meatloaf was served lukewarm but the waitress quickly reheated it . Pretty expensive for just okay food. The dessert was extra good though."
