"This was my first time going to this nail salon. I didn’t have a good experience, and I didn’t get what I asked for either. My nails were super thick and I didn’t get the shape I asked for or the color I wanted. The lady cut my cuticles on three of my fingers, made me bleed, and then laughed about it. I went with my best friend and she had a male tech. He did a good job on her nails but made her feel uncomfortable. He would look at her phone every time it lit up. He also would look up and smile at her multiple times while doing her nails, and then would look at me and smile creepily too. He never said anything inappropriate we both just felt very uncomfortable. I talked to other people about their experience, and they also said the same lady that cut my cuticles did the same to theirs."

"I received a pedicure from a male tech. The pedicure itself was great. But the man made me extremely uncomfortable, put on lotion my legs 3-4 times after I asked him to stop after the 2nd, made inappropriate comments throughout the appointment, and tried massaging my upper thigh while applying lotion. This made me so uncomfortable, so much so that I declined to get my nails done like I planned and left once the pedicure was done. I have never left a negative review but this man made me very uncomfortable and I wouldn’t recommend seeing him."

"Best nail salon I've been to in a long time. Ruby and Navy are experienced techs with great personality. It was close to closing time and they took me anyway. Prices are reasonable too. Check them out. I will be back for sure!!!"

"Returned to Ruby to get my nails done 3 weeks after getting them done on July 17th. My nails had quite a bit of growth but still looked great!!! Ruby did my nails ombre again and offered me different shades and I went with nude and white and they look beautiful again!!! Everyone working was very pleasant. Ruby is a hard worker and does a lot of nails during the day! She is so quick, but very detailed and takes pride in her beautiful work. I will definitely go back again. If you want pampered, go visit Ruby and her smile, she is phenomenal!!!"

She loved it… they gave her a juice and painted her tiny nails and fingernails so cute! I found my new place and will continue to keep coming back here.
