It was hard to trust someone after a bad experience from somewhere else but I took that leap and I'm glad I did Kristina Madden is AMAZING!! Seriously she's awesome. I go in there all the time with crazy requests and she knocks it out of the park every time!! So happy and definitely recommend if you are looking for a hair stylist that is AMAZING and affordable!!"

"Work done by Teresa (Owner). So I was debating on sharing this but after being bothered for several days about my experience at a salon in my hometown I decided I'd share. I normally have my friend do my hair and it turns out great! But due to my new school schedule our availability conflicted so I decided to go somewhere else this time. Man did I make a BIG mistake. At first I thought we got along great. I told her what I wanted (medium brown color) and all I requested is that everything BLENDED. Once my hair was done I thought my hair was considerably darker than I asked for but thought maybe it was just because of the bad lighting. Once I went outside and looked in my car mirror I seen BLACK spots, BLONDE spots that were missed, my hair was one share lighter than BLACK and my roots were about 3 shades lighter than that. Immediately I ran back inside and asked Teresa if she could atleast fix my roots and the blonde spots that were missed. She REFUSED to fix my hair. She said to give it a week and see how it looks. When I got home I took pictures and sent them to her. She called me and proceeded to YELL, CURSE, and by the end of the conversation she was crying. I was seriously in shock. She called me "dangerous" which I was completely confused about. And to top if off she told me that she is not fixing my hair, I will not get a refund (even after I tipped her a decent amount), and that I am not welcome back into her salon. During this whole conversation I was being super nice while she was yelling at me. I am just shocked that this is how an OWNER treats their customer. The ONLY thing I asked is if she could fix my roots and the blonde spots and she flipped out on me."
