"I was so excited to get my haircut because it was truly the first time since Covid hit that I was getting it professionally done, or so I thought. I asked for some length off and thinned out. I didn't think it was an unusual, hard or a unique request but that is not what I got. All she did was take some length off, which made my head lighter, so I was happy for that but it was not thinned out or anything else at all. I I ended up tipping her half the price of the cut as I was happy it was cut but once home and I realized what was not done and I was very upset. I couldn't believe for the price that things are and you tip because it is the right thing to do, you expect a certain level of service (at least know the basics)and know your job. I am sure there are some good stylist there, but not thinking I'm going back. Thank you"

"I took my boys for a haircut at the same time. My oldests haircut was fantastic. Kris took her time and made sure he was happy. Which made me happy. My other son’s stylist was AWFUL. She did a terrible haircut. Basically just a trim that I could have done myself at home. She was not friendly and had a mean scowl on her face the entire time."

"The lady did a fantastic job, nice and friendly!! Edit* Was there on Thursday if last week, the stylist didn't do a great job, to say the least. Called corporate and mentioned it. The store manager Jo, called back within 25 minutes, today Monday came in and she did a wonderful job fixing what the other stylist did. And was great, very friendly!"
