"I went in with the intention to get a hair cut only. I wanted 3 inches off, the thickness thinned out, cleaned up in the front and did not want my hair cut straight across in the back. And added long layers. I only get my hair cut 1 time a year, I like my long hair. So I was so excited to get a cut and for it to feel so much lighter. So with all if this cutting I wanted it should have been a ton of hair. I did not know I needed my hair washed there to get a cut. So she washed my hair first, then started cutting. By the time I was done. And stepped out of the chair there was close to no hair on the ground. I was not happy. I got home and looked in the mirror. It was only cut 1 inch. No layers. My ends just look shaggy, choppy. I paid $40 for my hair to pretty much not get cut. Tempted to go to another place and get the 3 inches off I intended. This picture shows how much was actually cut."
