But I watched her with them and watched them with other kids and my daughter loved going here. I'm so glad the time I lived in the area that I got to meet these wonderful people. They care for the children and love to teach if I ever moved back I know I would send both of my children to them."

"If I could rate this no stars I would.... My son has had 1 baby sitter for almost 3 years, he completely loves her and her family as do I. When I first learned that my job was changing location, I knew I was going to have to look for closer care for my son, so I thought about enrolling him in day care where they also provided a structured learning experience. I visited many centers, did my homework and eventually settled with one that was close to home, gym and not crazy expensive. So, I took my son to see how he would do and to challenge him in a new learning environment. Well on day 3 of daycare I get a call that my son had hurt his arm. I quickly went to pick him up. The story they told me when I first got the call was that he woke up from his nap like that. When I arrived, I was told that maybe it happened when he was playing and they didn't notice because he didn't cry (several red flags being raised in my head, who was watching him, how did he get injured during nap??). So, I check my son's arm and try to lift it, right away he cried out. So I ask why I had not been called sooner... And lots of other questions later I ask for documentation, they say they will prepare it for me. I leave and take my son to urgent care, they did x-rays to rule broken bones and after he let the doctor touch his arm the diagnosis is nursemaid' s elbow. And I fire off asking questions, to say the least this is not something that my child could have done to himself, someone either grabbed his arm forcefully, pulled his arm forcefully etc... and of course all sorts of crazy things run through my head. And I am livid, not once had my son had any issues with his prior sitter and on day 3 of day care I get a call that he's injured. Worst of it to me was those few minutes that it took to pop everything back into place, to me it seemed like the longest 1 or 2 minutes of my life while he cried. Anyways, I have spoken to many people from the day care who told me I would have to wait till what they say "maybe Tuesday" for me to potentially see video as their owner is on vacation. Apparently to them this is not a priority at least that's what it feels like to me. My son of course did not return to their "care". Regardless of what they said did or didn't happen, something happened, just because my child is too young to fully express himself, mom and dad will do it for him. He is back in the care of his loving nanny where he will remain no matter how far it is from my job. Update – Today 6/12, I received a call from Dondra who called to let me know she reviewed the cameras and that she has now identified what caused the issue. She goes on and state that when I dropped off my son, he appeared to be sleepy and when I passed him over to the care taker he struggled and his arm moved out of normal place and this is what caused the issue. My problem with this, is that Dondra is not a physician, nurse or in the medical field to just to rule that this is what caused the injury to my son. Additionally, she went on the defensive and interrupted me SEVERAL times, extremely rude with no true desire to understand my situation. Even when I asked her several times is she was going to let me speak and she said she would, she kept interrupting me. It got to the point that she kept talking over me so much that I told her I no longer wished to talk to her 4 times and still she kept talking. I ended up disconnecting the call, as it was apparent that I would get nowhere with her. Her customer service skills are horrible. For a place that is supposed to be patient with others and show understanding she did not display this on the call."
