"Run... I pulled my son out and went somewhere else after about 8 months because he was getting bit constantly by the same kid and they just acted like it was no big deal. I know biting happens with toddlers but it was extremely excessive. I would usually get a message from them saying my son got bit again and if I responded or asked a question, I just got ignored. It made me feel like my son and I were very unimportant to them. The last time he got bit was almost 3 weeks ago and there is still a mark on his face, hopefully it doesn’t scar. It was a huge bite mark on his cheek. He had just been bitten on his arm a week before that, that wasn’t even healed yet when this happened. They were always pretty deep bite marks, a couple times even bruised. Very upsetting that they werent protecting my child from one that is constantly biting. 9 times out of 10 he was very upset when I dropped him off, so I felt terrible leaving him there like he didn’t like it there. Also, everyday when I picked him up his face was filthy like they never wiped his face (food, snot, etc). He was always sick so idk how clean it was kept since I wasn’t aloud in the building, you have to text them when you get there and they bring your kid out. I never got any kind of updates on anything he might have been being taught there, if they did anything at all. They barely ever sent anything they might have done, home. The only updates I got thru the day was when his diaper was changed and sometimes what they fed him but I was never told if he ate any of it. I did ask for them to tell me that and they did it a couple times and then I wasn’t updated anymore. I think a daycare should have a lot more communication with the parents on what their kids are doing all day. I doubt they do any educational activities with the toddlers at all. I really don’t recommend this place."
"These teachers and staff are amazing and have treated both of our kids like their own!! They care so deeply and are great at posting daily updates, pictures and videos throughout the day. One of the teachers even RODE in the car with us to the hospital when our 9 year old sprained her elbow doing a cartwheel and she spent hours with us staying until she knew that our daughter was happy and comfortable. We are so blessed to have such a great relationship with the staff and teachers here! This is the level of care you dream about having when you decide to leave your babies with other people ❤️"
"I do not know where to start. There were several occasions I had to question them about the quality of care my children received. Often times I would pick my 1 year old up with bruises and when asked we were told they can’t keep an eye on every child at all times that if a child cries they believe it’s because they are hungry or tired. That sounds absolutely insane to me. Also there were occasions the children were left unattended and when expressing my concern I was told they would look into it. They move your child into classrooms when they want to in order to make room for more money not at you child’s developmental needs. The more we pointed out the more they had an issue with our children until enough was enough for all of us. I was tired of the poor care and it always being turned around on us. If my child has a bloody nose or falls I EXPECT TO BE CALLED. Period! Pay attention to your children. The people that are actually watching your babies are run ragged. In my experience they only care about the dollars rolling in and feed you on the generations of ownership and we care speech."
"Great childcare! The staff members are an extension of our Family! They took wonderful care of my Daughter, she loved going to school there and learned so much so quickly. There isn't a day where she doesn't mention them. I couldn't of ask for a better center. The only reason we switched was because of my job changing hours. Highly, highly recommend, they love all their kiddos like their own."
