We took care of both your dinners would be happy to send you a gift card so you can give us another try. My first issue is the statement "We took care of both of your dinners." Really? I did not receive a dinner. I ordered food, you brought me something I didn't order, twice, I left hungry. How exactly did you take care of my dinner? What you are really saying is "we didn't make you pay for something you didn't order." How nice of you. Secondly, "I can understand being frustrated with an incorrect order." Can you? I haven't eaten meat in 30 years, I came to your restaurant and got sausage in my mouth. Do you know what that's like? Do you? The good news is you'll never see me again. "This place is a true gem! The service is amazing, atmosphere is exciting and food simply excellent. Walking into this place you can feel the liveliness through and through. It’s may look busy but have no fear the staff will take care of you. I recommend the Moscow mule pitcher and fish & chips. I’m looking forward to returning."

"One of our favorite places to hang out! The patio is awesome. The only downside is there can be too many dogs on the patio (I'm allergic). Even if its a little chilly, they have plenty of patio heaters! The bartenders are always attentive and make very good drinks. Many classic cocktails available. The price is reasonable, maybe $12 - $14 for a cocktail. Check then out if you're visiting Cleveland Heights"

"Happy hour was wonderful! My group had 10 minutes before happy hour ended and our server rushed our order in! Great service and the food was delicious! I enjoy the pub feel, the restaurant is light enough to see your food but keep the vibes calm and relaxing! I would recommend this for a gathering with friends!"
