"Fun store. Similar to an adult Disney or a g rated Spencer's"
"Horrible customer service. Girlfriends account didn't work as there was an issue when she signed up for Hot Topic (they share a database, even though the manager was adamant that they don't) Then when the email change didn't work, all the manager could offer was a 10% off (instead of the spin in the app for a possible 50% or 100$ in the app) I then made a quick test emulating ten different phones and ten different accounts. All TEN of them got 10% in the spin, not one got more. So the spin is a scam. Cannot recommend."
