"I wish you could rate a business negative stars!!! I had a pool installed 4 years ago and it has been a nightmare ever since. I have had a leak since day 1. They sent a diver, the first summer , and reported the I had pin holes, this was patched at my cost. The leaks continued. I then called american leak detection. They found 3 separate leaks in the plumbing itself. I notified Spangler and was told that the concrete settled causing the problem. When we dug the pipes up to replace, the plumber said that they had already been repaired? there was caulk and plumbers dope all around the damaged area of the pipe. They had obviously been damaged during installation and patched instead of being replaced. Spangler quit returning phone calls over 2 years ago. I know of at least 3 other families who have taken them to court for similar issues. I would strongly not suggest using this company."

"I have had my pool for over 20 years. Spangler's did a great installation and their service has been great over the years. They installed a new liner at the 12 year mark and they have also installed a new pump and filter over the years. They are very professional."
