"If you are looking for place to go swimming with your kids, this is not it. Besides being very expensive for a community center, their pool schedule is chaotic at best. Are nearby schools out for the day? They cut almost all morning hours. Randomly shut down the pool during afternoon. Kids have to get out of the pool and shiver by the edge for 15 minutes out of every hour. They reach capacity super easily because the pool is tiny to begin with. Which is probably why it's very expensive because they need to discourage people from using it. Over all, not a very enjoyable experience. And once you think you have the schedule figured out, they change it every 3-4 months. Just go to Hilliard. This place is not worth it."
"Love this place! My 87 yr old mom & I joined for the winter. The folks there are all very friendly and welcoming. It's a great place to get a workout and make friends."
"Nonsensical rules. Second time they won’t allow entry for my guest. The front desk was defensive and avoided eye contact when denying a guest entry- to avoid the two of us playing basketball. The basketball court had one person with 6 hoops. We attended multiple times this summer with no issues. I pay annual membership and he had $ for a day pass. I am sick that I am in contract with a recreation center that does not care about its members at all!!!"
"If you are trying to work out, don't bother. Large groups of children take over the machines and you have to sit there and wait while they take turns playing on the equipment. The paper towl dispensers are often out of paper if they aren't broken. It's actually pretty ridiculous. Just pay $10 at Planet Fitness."
"I had an autopayment set up with them for an entire year then all of a sudden you had to start making Manuel payments or something. I've called numerous times to make sure they had the card on file which they do. They kept reporting my payments late which I mean they were in control since you know how auto payments work. Then after 3 times making sure they have the card. They continue to not draw payment and threaten to put the last month payment into collections through my uncle instead of simply calling me and addressing their incompetence. I stop going to this gym for two reasons, a lack of organization and no sauna. Save yourself the headache. Very unprofessional and this is the "new management" what a joke. Christian the new manager didn't even call me back. So someone must really not want this whole $26 bucks I'm being harrased and threatened about when they literally have the card on file. Make it make sense!!!!"
