"A night stand table on display was damaged on the side. The manager said can't give me a discount. This store location sale damaged items full price. Bad business."

"On Christmas Eve tjmaxx and Homegoods closed 45 minutes early. As customers walked to the door, there was some inside notifying us the “Store was over capacity and we had to clothes”. But, looking inside there were only employees inside. When I went to talk to the manager on duty, Sebastian, he said that “Yes, my store manager and district manager both know we were closing early to prevent shoppers who wait to the last minute not to be able to shop. I have to look out for my employees who want to go home to be with their families, too. No apology! Even when I made him aware he didn’t apologize he said “You’er right I didn’t, but again I have to look out for my employees. No, the number 1 thing he should look after is customer service and revenue! Sebastian made a bad experience even worse because he acted like a jerk! I am a loyal customer and love tjmaxx, but this is unacceptable!"

"Love this particular Home Goods... They have both men and women on throughout the store... and it's just got a good vibe all over. Plus everyone seems to be happy working there. Kim the manager is just great... I like the way she interacts with her coworkers!"

"Love love this store not sure how many they are around, but the one near my house in Cleveland heights is just amazing I'm crazy about decorating my house and changing things around Not because I had so many visitors Nope I just love to decorate so many people and believe me is not that many that stop by always telling me how I should became a decorator I guess that's how they view me especially when they see how I do things and I do go crazy when I see glass I love glass anything that actually get my attention. Well this is one of the store that I do go almost all the time to get my beautiful stuff and you wouldn't break the bank you could find so many pieces on a reasonable price and it will look beautiful I guaranteed.if you like glass like my self you will always find something unique in this store.."
