"Came in on Saturday before closing. Ask employee about things to clean my pool and gave her my pool info. She showed and sold me the products. When I got home and tried turns out the pump is not strong enough to use the vacuum system. When I return to the store to exchange them for a robotic vacuum. I was told they couldn't help me because the product had been used. Normally I would understand but since I asked the employee and they sold me these products I would think I should be able to exchange them. I did not want a refund just an exchange, I also would've understood a 20% restocking fee."
