"I normally don't write bad review but I have to this time. This store used to be my favourite store to preorder and buy merchandise (Funko products), their former staff were very helpful and friendly. However, I had a bad experience with the gentleman store associate. 2-3 weeks ago, I was told my preorder would be ready in early June but I didn't receive any call to pickup the Funko pops. So I thought of visiting the store and asking them in person. I talked to the store associate that I would like to pickup my order and gave him my phone number to check the status. He told me the pops are ready. Out of curiosity, I asked why they didn't call me for pickup? (The former associate used to call me to pickup my pre-order everytime but not this time so I just wanted to know.) He then checked his drawer and couldn't find my pre-orders and went back to the stockroom and checked. Then he walked out and told me the preorder wasn't ready to pickup yet, just showing in-stock. I was feeling frustrated because he just told me they were ready few minutes ago but now it wasn't? (LOL) Then, he told me he could only refund me due to the issue. I was fine with it so I said okay, he then told me the refund will go to gift card. (I was like what?) I paid by using cash/card to preorder the Funko pops, and I want it back to my original payment. Why would I get the credit refunded to my gift card when this was completely his mistake??!! I didn't want to argue with him so I swiped my gift card to get those credits but it didn't went through, he then told me he will refund $5 cash and the rest will go to the gift card..How can he be so confusing? Also, I could see his impatient face when he opened the cash drawer and he just BANG (closed) the drawer loudly after giving me the $5 note. I said thank you to him but he ignored me. He didn't even pass me the receipt and leave the receipt on my box/table. I cant believe this store hires an associate that is so unprofessional and rude. Worst experience ever. I cancelled all my PO with them and this is my last time visiting this store. Stay away from this store."

"I had a pickup for this location and when my husband went to get it for me they stated they did not have it even with my confirmation number. Looking through emails i see it was picked up one minute after my confirmation email that it was ready. Something sketchy is happening and they are not answering the phone so i have no idea what to do to get this fixed."

"It's my favorite place to go. They have everything you want new or used. And you can preorder. With the points you get with your membership you can get a lot of free stuff. And the stuff you don't play any more you can trade it to them towards you next purchase. Everything is easy to find. They have a good staff, nice. And friendly. Not sure which game to buy someone, they would be able to recommend some for you."
