"We had purchased a Soake Pool, out of Pembroke, New Hampshire, in November of 2021. At the time there was no one in the area who supplied and/or serviced these pools, so we were our own general contractor/laborers, for most of the work in 2022. While following Soake Pools, on Instagram, we found out that they had partnered up with Property Worx, out of Delaware, OH, to be a local supplier, which was a HUGE blessing for us! They came out and finished hooking up our equipment, and then activated our pool. Their team is extremely thorough and knowledgeable of what we would have never been able to accomplish on our own. We highly recommend Property Worx for any work you may be in need of, and if you are looking for a small pool to fit in a tight space, we HIGHLY recommend you check out their new line of plunge pools, by Soake Pools. Our only regret, is they weren't a supplier when we started looking in 2021!"

"We contracted with PropertyWorx back in October 2020 for a complete home landscaping re-do, as well as yearly maintenance (yearly landscaping & edging, mulching, fertilization, and irrigation system maintenance). The initial re-do in October was great and we were quite pleased. The subsequent maintenance has been so bad that I wish we had never used the company. They failed to show up in March 2021 and missed 2 fertilization treatments as our main contact left the company and never activated our order. After we contacted the company and given a new personal contact, and were promised a new date, that date was missed again by a couple of weeks. When we finally got some senior staff to come do a walkthrough so we could get our expectations "reset", the initial "spring treatment" (which didn't actually occur until late June) was not done per our communication during the walkthrough. Pruning wasn't done (although we were charged for it). Plants like hostas were not trimmed and random sprouts were left popping up in places such as the middle of the ornamental stones. Hydrangea bushes were left with all the dead fall flowers and we had to trim them back ourselves. Edging was just basically a "moat" in front of the gardens, which means no lines were cut, and grass is popping up in the beds all over. A photo of the "edging" is attached - which clearly shows that the edges weren't trimmed nicely or neatly at all. We lost a tree over the winter and they promised us a new one under our warranty and we still don't have it. Where they moved the garden beds, they didn't move the bulbs and we had random bulbs popping up all over our yard. Sod was replanted, but not well, and so our lawn is all bumpy. Other areas where they needed to reseed are still bare since they didn't do an adequate job. We have been trying to contact our "new" contact since August 8th. We have sent him 4 emails and contacted by phone 2 times with no response. We have already paid our bill, and even paid for work that were not performed, which was probably a mistake on our part. We have paid over $15K to this company and our overall impression is so bad that if this review doesn't garner the response we need from the company, our next stop will be the Better Business Bureau and/or contacting a lawyer for breach of contract. Edit on 10/1/2021 in response to the Owner response: Thank you for the information but I refute your response. While Chris DID reach out immediately (sad that our emails garnered no response but a google review did), he and my husband have been playing phone tag. Chris, has called my husband two or three times and left messages, and my husband has returned the calls leaving similar messages. Chris has not called us since last Friday when he left a message stating "I'm free at 4 pm today" but unfortunately my husband was not available at that time since he had a schedule full of meetings. My husband has given Chris several times after business hours and on weekends when he is available to talk, but has not received a call back during those times. We have received NO emails at all, and to say that your emails have gone unanswered is a false statement. We will call the office at the number below and hopefully we can get this rectified soon. Thank you. Edit on my 10/9/2021: My husband and Chris from Property Worx had an hour long phone conversation on 10/1/21 where they discussed all the issues, including us not getting the credit we were owed for work paid yet not performed, the replacement tree, and replacing the rose bushes they killed when they sprayed in June. During the conversation, we were also asked to remove the Google review. Here it is over a week later and we have heard not a peep from the company on what they plan to do to make this right. Edit on 3/15/2022: Property Worx came to do the Irrigation Shutdown (11/15/21) and the yard work cleanup (after 11/15). Other than the poor communication in scheduling, they did a good job trimming most of the bushes, edging, and planting the new tree. Updated review to 3 stars."
