"Ordered a Tuxedo to be worn twice September of 2021, for two weddings. Schrader's was having issues obtaining the shirt due to backorders of shirts so they issued a rental. Now, August 2022, after several calls, unreturned voicemails, being told I would be called back, issued a refund, I still have received no return calls, and no refund. It has been a year and I was forced to buy a second shirt from a different company for the 2nd wedding in September of last year. They seem like nice people but a year later and being apologetically swept under the rug is unacceptable. Had I not stumbled upon the receipt in my car several months later, I would have completely forgotten and it's obvious so have they. EDIT 8/22 Called back a few more times and spoke with Gary who stated that he was recovering from an injury and offered me an apology and provided a refund for the shirt."

The employees were very nice and helpful and even offered refreshments to me while waiting on my boyfriend to finish his tux arrangements."
