"I agree with the person who said not all staff are unhelpful, as my first visit to the store was great and I was able to get what I needed, and she got it embroidered on the spot. This visit was much different, and I do understand they are busy because of the tax free weekend. My complaint was that once I was able to get help from a staff member she was not knowledgeable and gave the excuse that she had only been working there for a few months and would have to ask another coworker, but she didn’t offer or even act as though she was going to get help for me. I didn’t point out to her that they have books with all of the products they sell, organized by school, at most of the tables, as she should have known that. It could at least have told her which colors/etc. I mainly went for the few items that my child needs to have embroidered, but I feel as though I wasted my time and the gas to go there hoping for help today. She didn’t even offer to help figure out the correct size of shirt/tie/belt or anything. I left and will now have to order online and hope the items come in before school starts."

"I placed and order July 18. I called amongst two weeks ago and was told my order should be arriving soon. I spent over $2k in uniforms. My children start school next week, no uniforms. Line is always busy, been calling everyday for almost a week now."
