"My stylist was more interested in the girl next to me who had her own stylist. Not much help getting in or out of dresses if any at all. My stylist was asking me what I liked about each dress before I could even look at them in the mirror or get opinions from the people with me. She also told my guests to “be nice” and made them uncomfortable to give their input. The store had no dresses in the style I like (ballgown) I asked the stylist if they had any and showed her a picture of what I like, she told me that ballgowns like that went out of style 15 years ago… she was not interested in helping me pretty quickly. She told me my mom and bridesmaid couldn’t try anything on without an appt even though I only used 45min of my appointment time. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, honestly. I hope that the people who shop here know that this is not what all bridal appointments are like or should be like."

"I had an appt 3 weeks prior to going back to purchase my mother of the groom dress. The stylist that helped me was wonderful. She brought me a dress to try on that I would have never thought I would like. I decided to go back to try it on again, had a different stylist. She agreed that the dress really looked nice on me. I was very impressed with both stylists. Thank you!"

"From the moment we walked in the customer service we received was excellent. We were helped with all questions and concerns we had about available dresses. Was able to put a dress on hold and came back next day and although staff was different same great service. Was extremely pleased with payment arrangements. SHE SAID YES TO THE DRESS!!! PROM DRESS!!! "I’m getting married April of 2024, I looked online at David’s bridal but nothing caught my eye. I went in with my mother in law and daughter, Iva helped us, she’s wondering! I told her just a color idea and she found my dress. As soon as I seen it I knew it was the one. Everyone that works there is amazing, they make you feel so welcome and like they are there for you! Definitely highly recommend! Paula is awesome as well! I don’t remember the other beautiful ladies names but I appreciate them as well!"

"I went to David's to buy my dream dress for my wedding. It was quiet, considering that it was Black Friday and there were great deals on dresses. I was helped by Aubrey and Megan, and they were wonderful, as was everyone I spoke to there. They took great care in making sure to get the right size dress for me so that alterations would be as minimal as possible. Also, there's a deal where if I lose or gain a lot of weight in-between now and my fitting, they'll exchange the dress for a different size. That really gave me peace of mind, because my doctor has me on a diet. I've heard other brides say that they had horrible experiences with David's, but mine has been great. I highly recommend."
