"Got a trim and a shampoo done tonight by Kenzie. After my shampoo, I got in the chair and she started combing my hair out (with no product). With the comb, she started at the bottom and worked her way up to the root which is what she’s supposed to do. But my hair was still very tangled, so instead of putting in a leave in conditioner or detangler spray, she said she was going to get a wet brush. With the wet brush, she started from the root and pulled my hair down to the ends and was literally pulling my hair out. She did that on over half of my head, it hurt so bad. Then I asked if I could get a blow dry which she did but didn’t use any heat protectant. She used her fingers to move my hair around during the haircut, which further pulled my hair and hurt my head. Then she didn’t even get my hair all the way dry, or brush my hair after she was “done”. It’s now been like 20 minutes since I left the store, and my head is still hurting."

"I love Great Clips because I love Kristen. She keeps notes on how to cut my hair and does it right every time. Amy is so sweet and patient with my 80 year old Mom. She can be a handful but Amy finds a way to make her happy. The check in online features are good just wish you could sign in for who you want to be seen by. Salon is always clean and well kept."

"I get haircuts here whenever I need one. Ever since Covid they have used an app to set appointments. As long as you use the app it is painless. The haircuts are usually very good and I almost always have a different stylist every time. They have my records in their system, so it only takes a little discussion for the new stylist. Once I'm in the chair, it usually only takes about 15 minutes. I like the place and I will continue to get my haircuts there. Frank"

"Will never come here again. I get a simple #3 guard all over and they still find a way to mess it up every time. I get home and start plucking long hairs every time. Go to northland barbers instead, they do a much better job and cheaper"
