"Just went in looking for an o-ring today for our pool filter. The female associate was extremely rude. I've never been treated so poorly. Didn't even offer to order one and did not even look at the o-rings hanging on the wall behind her even when I asked. Just unbelievable. Never going here again. Save yourself the hassle and go to Poolside Shop down the road."

"So friendly and helpful! They did not have what I needed but they were happy to help. They told me what competition of theirs did have it and they even called the store to make sure they had it in stock! I may have had to go elsewhere to get my filter BUT I will be happy to shop there in the future because I respect that kind of customer service more than anything these days!"

"I had the nicest repair technician. He knew what the problem was and actually came prepared. He did not bring a new filter or shock because he said his store did not have any. He left my place and went to the Maumee store and returned with those items. Lonnie has my vote for best customer service. Give him a big Christmas bonus. Nancy"

"The girl at the Northwood store was the rudest person I have ever dealt with she needs to be fired. She has no people skills and she lied to me. She doesn't need to be working with customers. She is awful. I will be make a call to the BBB about thus store. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because if I didn't it wouldn't let me leave a comment."
