"I went to Champs Sports at Liberty Center OH earlier today (Monday). Google says they are open at 11AM. I got there at 12PM and the door was locked. Inside I could see 2 customers along with 3 employees. I called the store to see what was up. They didn't answer. I got the attention of someone and they hand motioned to me it will be 25 minutes. OK, that's strange. Finally one of the employees came to the door to let one of the customers out. I pleaded with him to let me in to buy these shoes I came to get for my daughter. I knew which ones and it would only take me 5 minutes. He said he would have to talk to the manager. He walked away to talk to a girl behind the counter and never came back. Meanwhile, 6 other customers were waiting to get in now. This store is in a mall and it's a week before Christmas. EVERY OTHER STORE WAS OPEN. I had an appt I had to get to so I left. They were 3 employees that I could see in the store doing nothing but not willing to let a paying customer in. One of the people waiting with me was in the store earlier and had come back to purchase something. She wasn't let in either. Absolutely terrible customer service with no explanation. Instead of shopping at Champs, went directly to Nike and have the shoes arriving before Christmas for $20 less than what Champs Sports was charging."
