"Bought a nordic hot tub in September from the Fulton county fair. Everything at the beginning was great. Free quick delivery and tub was in stock. Now two months later my lights are having an issue I was told when i purchased the tub it would have a 3 year warranty. Now I'm being told the lights only have a one month warranty with nordic on labor. The reason I buy new is so I don't have to worry about the unit and having to make repairs myself. They want me to go through the wiring to figure out the issue. Just make sure you do your reading on the unit before purchasing"

"Purchased my Bullfrog hot tub 4 years ago and from the beginning the cover latches always break and the covers for my waterfall covers have broke off. I have been in multiple times in the first two years I had it and when I bring it up they will happily sell me more latches and when I bring up a service call for the waterfall cover and the speakers that have broke they told me it's not worth it to have someone come out and clearly they didn't want to. I was also told to go to the hardware store and rig up my cover."

"I had a leaking hot tub and called Mossing first because the hot tub was purchased from them 6 years ago. The appointment was scheduled at 10 am and no one showed up until 10:15. Called them again and they showed up 20 minutes later. They spent 45 minutes here to check the tub and said they could not find the problem and need to take the spa to the store to repair. I paid $100 + tax for the visit and they quoted me over $1000 to repair and the shipping costed about $250 one way. I was told they would come to pick up the hot tub one week later, and 4 weeks later, no pickup, no phone call."
