"I have never been to a nail salon that is as good as Your Nails. I searched and went to nail salons in Chicago but they are not as good as Your Nails. They can design me a very beautiful nail set and they can do it all everything. Even though the salon was very crowded and I had to wait a long time but the nail set made me love this salon. I love Your Nails and it will always be my favorite nail salon."

"Would give NO STARS. Made an appointment for 1:30pm with a specific tech and had confirmation. Arrived 10 minutes early and no one was in front to assist with the check-in process as I have never been here before but was recommended to go. After a few minutes, the receptionist came and told all of us in front doing pedicures to head to the chairs. I asked about checking in as I made an appointment with a specific tech and she told me to head to the chair and if anyone came to do my pedicure just to tell them the tech I specifically was waiting for. I went back to the front to grab a nail polish and then she tells me that I would have to wait until 4pm for the tech as he was fully booked. She confirmed my appointment in the system for 1:30pm but told me that either way I would have to wait until 4pm. That was absolutely horrible customer service. Needless to say, I will not be returning and recommend you look elsewhere. Best place I found near here is 20 minutes out at Gossip Nails."
