Reviews
"Nice facility. Right amount of heat for spectators, ice condition good for skaters 1st and 2nd periods. Still no resurfacing between 2nd and 3rd periods of recent high school hockey crossover event, which is ridiculous at this level of play. Don't know if that call was on the facilities in Indianapolis or by IHSHA. But it was the wrong call for all teams involved."
"Two seperate ice rinks. A few different birthday rooms and event spaces. We were there for a birthday party. Pizza was expensive, large adhd tasty. Skates were clean."
"First time at Indy Fuel Tank. It was definitely a fun time. It was very busy and crowded when we went but to be expected on a friday night. There were some people skating that were clearly experts and that caused some difficulty with learning to skate."
"I go here for a lot of stick and pucks. The ice is the worst quality out of the local rinks not saying that it’s terrible it’s just slightly crunchy at times. Overall there is plenty of space to gear up and it is clean too!"
"Our high school hockey club came into town for scheduled games at the Fuel Tank and Skadium. We figured out that the best way to feed our players and family members in between games was to set up a pizza dinner at the Fuel Tank, and they delivered a great experience for all involved. We were able to work with manager John Cavey and his crew to put in an advance order for 16 large (16 inch) pizzas, which was provided immediately after our game was over in their party room. They also provided 2 liter drink bottles (Coke products including pink lemonade) at a very reasonable cost. Finally, they had a gluten free crust option (12 inch only) and pulled pork sandwiches for those with dairy allergies. All in all a great experience. I would highly recommend this option to hockey families looking for a way to feed hungry players, and I can imagine that the same experience would translate for birthday parties as well."
