"Need your bathrooms updated to accommodate for 500 people or more. You need to get them done ASAP. Winter is coming. I stood in line at the Barnfest with women in line in wheel chairs. No room for them, poor older ladies. I felt bad for them. Bryan citi counsel needs to approve funding right away. The Barnfest was great."
