"EVERY time I go in this place there is yet another new manager AND all new staff. Pricing policy changes with each new manager. I won't even go in there for a cut or color. Strictly to get a Malibu treatment for hard water build up. It's not a color OR a color correction. So it does not need to be priced as such. From this point forward I'm done with this place. I will go to fort wayne to beauty supply store buy the packets and do it myself. Best of luck to this store. With the extremely high turn over AND the lack of customer service I dont see this place lasting."
