"Inconsiderate staff, had my hair cut by an employee who told me she had spent the last 2 days at home with children that were home throwing up. She decided her way of getting out of the house was to go to work without a mask, now putting my wife and our newborn child at risk of catching whatever they have. Had planned on going to visit my elderly grandmother and my friends seriously ill father, but I guess I'll scrap those plans to keep them safe!"

"I went there a week ago for a haircut and got one that was about 90% perfect, but the back was a bit off. So I went back for a redo, just to shorten the back, and got Serenity. I explained the issue with the back in detail, and told her that the haircut was otherwise perfect. Serenity asked if I wanted the sides shorter and I told her that I didn't. Then she had me take off my glasses so she could work, and when I put my glasses back on after she had completely trashed all of my hair. On the right side of my head there is a divot by my ear which is over an inch wide and significantly shorter than the hair either in front or behind it. She shouldn't have been cutting that far forward at all. Serenity is condescending, doesn't listen, and is horrible at her job."
