"So they did a floral arrangement that my husband bought me and had delivered to my work. It was the most beautiful arrangement I've ever seen, until one of my coworkers for some ridiculous reason knocked them over and ruined it. We called them up and they said they would fix what they can, we drive there and honestly I was crying because I was upset and the owner herself came out with my flower arrangement looking even more beautiful than I could imagine and ypu couldn't even tell there was any issue. Not only did she fix my arrangement, but she even gave me a hug because I was so upset. Thank you so much for fixing it and making it beautiful again!
