Frisch's Big Boy

"We were here for 2 hours. Restaurant was not busy. Food was good. Server barely came but she was nice. We had to chase her down to get a receipt. Then checking out she walked away and a Manger came and got on helping another customer. Didn't get a receipt. Most likely won't be returning."

"Filthy and terrible customer service. Maybe five customers in the entire restaurant. I stood for ten minutes waiting to be seated. I had to jokingly ask someone in the back if they were open before I was even acknowledged or seated. Server did not write down my order. The food came out wrong and I didn’t see her again to rectify it. I waited and waited and then had to literally seek someone out to pay my check. I just wanted to get out of this place. I have been eating at Frisch’s for 40 years. This location has certainly gone downhill and not at all what I expect from a Frisch’s. I guess it’s a location thing. The Frisch’s that I usually eat at always has excellent service and great food"

"Everyone here is so friendly food is always great. Atmosphere is great we drive 20 miles to get here just to come to this Frishes. One of the managers even made us a special cake for our 40th anniversary"

"Our first experience was in the evening, they got hit with a big party, but they made it work! The dishwasher waited on us (Dan) and he was most gracious and in good spirits....the manager took over to complete our dinner. They worked together to make us happy! We came back today for the breakfast buffet, delightful staff and food was on point! Thanks from Michigan"
